What the agent was asked to do

To implement the required roadmap for our recommendations, we need to identify what roles and plants are most and least willing to go through a digital transformation. We will start with a small training program in those plants that have highest and lowest willingness and, within these plants, those roles with highest and lowest willingness to adopt digital tools. This will help us determine how much digital willingness matters and what changes we might need to do accordingly.
